To maintain this, we have established these Community Standards, which apply to all user-generated content (UGC). By using our platform, you agree to follow these guidelines. Failure to adhere to these standards may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans. 1a. Violence and Criminality
We do not tolerate content or behavior that promotes harm or criminal activities. This includes:
• Harm to Humans: Content that threatens, encourages, or glorifies physical harm or violence against individuals or groups.
• Harm to Animals: Cruelty or violence against animals, including content that glorifies or encourages animal abuse.
• Harm to Property: Content that encourages or promotes the destruction of property.
• Criminal Behavior: Content that promotes or incites criminal activity, including theft, vandalism, or other unlawful acts.
• Dangerous Organizations: Content that glorifies or claims membership in organizations known for violence or criminal behavior.
• Frauds and Scams: Activities such as phishing, financial fraud, pyramid schemes, or deceptive acts are strictly prohibited.
• Restricted Goods and Services: Promotion of illegal or restricted items, including drugs, weapons, or counterfeit products.
• Violence and Incitement: Content that promotes, glorifies, or incites violence or violent acts, including terrorism or hate crimes.

1b. Safety and Exploitation
To ensure the well-being of all users, we prohibit:
• Adult Sexual Exploitation: Content that exploits or abuses individuals in a sexual context.
• Bullying and Harassment: Any form of harassment, including doxing (the sharing of private information without consent) or targeted bullying.
• Discrimination: Content that promotes or encourages racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or any form of discrimination.
• Child Exploitation: Any content involving child sexual exploitation, abuse, or nudity.
• Human Exploitation: Content that promotes trafficking, slavery, or exploitation of individuals in any form.
• Self-Harm and Suicide: Content that encourages or glorifies suicide, self-harm, or unhealthy behaviors such as eating disorders.

1c. Objectionable Content
We aim to create a respectful and appropriate environment, which means the following are not allowed:
• Adult Nudity and Sexual Content: Explicit sexual content or adult nudity is prohibited unless it’s for a recognized educational, medical, or artistic context.
• Sexually Explicit Language: Inappropriate or sexually explicit language that violates community norms.
• Hate Speech: Hate speech includes content that directly attacks, threatens, or demeans individuals or groups based on:
• Race or ethnicity
• Nationality or immigration status
• Religion or religious beliefs
• Gender or gender identity
• Sexual orientation
• Disability or medical conditions
• This includes slurs, stereotypes, incitement to violence, and content that promotes segregation or exclusion.
• Criticism of institutions, ideas, or public figures is permitted, as long as it does not include hate speech against protected groups. Violations may result in immediate removal and account suspension.
• Privacy Violations: Posting private information about others without consent.
• Graphic or Violent Content: Extremely violent or graphic depictions that are inappropriate for the community.

We expect users to respect the cultural and religious beliefs of others. Content that offends, mocks, or insults religious or cultural groups will be moderated. We encourage diverse perspectives, but users must avoid promoting intolerance or disrespect.

Content that may be distressing to users, especially regarding sensitive subjects like mental health, self-harm, or violence, should include Trigger Warnings. We are committed to prioritizing user well-being and will take action to remove content that severely impacts mental health.

Maintaining an honest and transparent community is essential. The following behaviors are not tolerated:
4a. Authentic Identity: Users must represent themselves truthfully. Persistent or severe violations of authenticity (e.g., using fake identities or impersonation) will result in account removal.
4b. Misinformation or Disinformation: We do not allow the spread of false or misleading information that could cause harm to individuals or communities, especially in relation to:
• Public health (e.g., false claims about vaccines, pandemics, or medical treatments)
• Election integrity (e.g., false claims about voting procedures or results)
• Public safety (e.g., hoaxes about disasters, emergencies, or violence)
• Content flagged as potential misinformation may be:
• Labeled with fact-check warnings
• Limited in distribution
• Removed if demonstrably false and harmful
• Repeated violations will result in progressive penalties, starting with a warning, followed by restrictions, and potential account suspension.
• SPAM: Posting irrelevant or repetitive content, unsolicited promotions, or SPAM will result in sanctions.
• Event of Passing: In the event of a user's passing, specific rules regarding account memorialization and content management will apply, particularly in cases involving violent death.

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same:
• Users must ensure they have the rights to share any content they post. Content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights will be removed.
• Repeat infringers may face permanent account suspension.

Users must adhere to all applicable local, national, and international laws. Content that violates these laws will be removed, and users may face legal consequences depending on the severity of the violation.

For My Encore is committed to protecting underage users from harm:
• Underage Accounts: Users must be either over 18 years old or have the legal consent of their parents or guardians to create an account. Accounts found to be created by users below the required age and without proper consent will be removed.
• Minor Protection: Content that exposes minors to harmful, sexual, or inappropriate material will not be tolerated.

For My Encore reserves the right to impose sanctions for violating these Community Standards, including but not limited to:
• Content Removal: Immediate removal of objectionable content.
• Account Suspension or Disabling: Temporary or permanent disabling of accounts that violate our policies.

If you believe your content was removed or your account was suspended in error, you may appeal the decision by contacting support@formyencore.com within 14 days of the action. Appeals must include:
• Your account details (username and email)
• The specific content or action being appealed
• A brief explanation of why you believe the decision was incorrect
Appeals will be reviewed within 10 business days, and final decisions will be communicated via email. If an appeal is successful, the removed content or suspended account may be reinstated.

Respect for intellectual property is essential. If you believe your copyrighted work has been posted without authorization, you may submit a (for US users: DMCA) takedown request by emailing support@formyencore.com with:
• Your full name and contact information
• A description of the copyrighted work
• The URL of the infringing content
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized
If your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification within 14 days to request reinstatement.

In the event of your passing and in accordance with our account activation procedures, your account will be activated. Existing content will remain visible but no new activity is permitted.
Your Super Advisor will be permitted to:
• Manage the activated pages
• Request the removal of certain content
• Download an archive of the user’s public posts (if pre-approved)
If no Super Advisor is designated, your advisers or immediate family members may request account removal by providing appropriate documentation.

By following these guidelines, users help ensure that For My Encore remains a safe, respectful, and enjoyable platform for all. These standards are designed to evolve as our community grows, and we will continue to refine them to meet new challenges.
